Study on Dynamic Mechanical Properties of Q245R Steel at High Temperature

چکیده
In order to study the dynamic mechanical properties at high temperature and strain rate [1] of Q245R steel after corrosion, electrochemical accelerated corrosion test by constant current method tensile [2] High Temperature Synchronous Hopkinson Tensile device were carried out. The results show that has obvious strengthening effect softening effect, under certain conditions, becomes main factor affecting material properties. consider heat treatment effects, traditional Johnson-Cook [3-4] constitutive equation was improved, with softening, weakening fitted MATLAB software. fitting result this model is consistent data, which can provide a basis for analysis strain.
